The challenge
Like most growing agencies, Crucible’s team was spending too many hours on work that wasn’t strategic. Checking GA4 account by account. Pulling keyword data by hand. What we built
We designed and delivered a suite of AI-powered dashboards and automations that now sit at the core of Crucible’s SEO operations. An SEO performance dashboard gives the team instant visibility across all client accounts — organic sessions, keyword movement, AI citation tracking, and technical SEO alerts — without anyone opening GA4. Automated keyword research and competitor gap analysis runs weekly, identifies opportunities, and feeds actionable tasks directly into Crucible’s project management workflow.
We also built operational dashboards for internal time tracking and resource allocation, giving leadership a real-time view of capacity across their client base. Everything was designed to embed within Crucible’s existing tools and processes. No workflow disruption, no learning curve — just faster, smarter operations from day one.
The impact
This isn’t a traffic case study — it’s an operational one. Hours of manual reporting and research replaced with systems that run themselves. Keyword opportunities that used to take a morning to identify now surface automatically and arrive as tasks ready to be actioned.
